To kick the May bank holiday off we had a large group booked in from Francis Clark accountancy firm for a mornings coasteering and team building in Newquay.
With a small swell hitting the coast around Newquay we decided to use the Gazelle as this headland provided the best conditions in the Newquay area for the day. All the coasteering in Newquay that KingCoasteer provide is tailored specifically to each group and this one was no different. With a whole range of ages and abilities in this group the key to the coasteer was getting everyone involved and making sure that everyone achieved what they wanted from the session individually and as a group.
In this coasteering session we incorporated swimming, climbing and jumping, everyone in the group pushed themselve’s and completed all the challenges involved in a coasteer around Newquay.
Coasteering is a great activity for team building as coasteering provides a unique environment which is certainly different to a work place environment ! Our coasteer route’s means that on some part’s of the coasteer you have to work together as a team to complete the coasteer making teamwork a key part of the morning’s coasteer.
